Here’s a short video updating you on a number of important things going on in English 328 right now:
Just to give you some bullet points to look for/think about:
- I posted tentative grades on your Ancient Style projects on emuonline. Let me know if you have any trouble logging into the gradebook info.
- I’ve updated the schedule a bit to make “part 1″ of the using and remaking style guides due a week from tomorrow, February 17. It took me too long to get back to you with tentative comments and grades on your projects, so the least I could do is extend the deadline for you a bit.
- I’ve also posted the next blogging assignments– check out the blogs page.
- Finally, I offer a few general pieces of advice/thoughts on the Ancient Style project. Let me stress again that if you want to touch base with me in person or on the phone to talk about my comments and some revision strategies you can take, just let me know.
Professor Krause, where did you leave your general comments about our essay? I see my tentative grade, but nothing else, and nothing on the page that suggests more info is somewhere else. Thanks.
In the gradebook, click on your fraction (130/150) or whatever, that takes you to another screen. Then you will see the start of some comments and click on the sheild with the + sign to the left of the comment and it will expand ir for you. I just figured it out myself.
Thanks, Brian. I got there.
Thanks for that, Brian. I don’t interact with emuonline from the student’s perspective, so I appreciate that. And if anyone can’t get to the comments (which are pretty minimal, I will admit), let me know and I’ll email them to you.
